Apple announced on its website that reservations are available for kids ages 8-12 at your local Apple Store to attend an Apple Camp. Apple wants kids to learn how to code, making it fun and exciting. Registration is free, so you may wish to apply soon as there are limited slots available at an Apple store near you.

There are three different camp programs available:

Coding with Sphero Robots
Apple has teamed up with Sphero Robots for kids to learn how to solve problems logically through the fundamentals of code.

Beat Making and Songwriting with GarageBand
Using iPad kids will learn how to create beats and build their own songs using GarageBand, Appleā€™s app for making music.

Telling Stories with Clips
Clips is the app to use to make your own video story or movie. Kids learn how to tell stories with video.
